does this Heavan score look right???

first pc built in like 15 years, just wanted to make sure this Heaven score seems in line with what my card should be getting

 

specs 

ROG Stix 3070 Gaming OC

Resizable bar yes

"Preset: Custom." Therefore not comparable to other scores. Plus, use something like 3dmark for better comparison.

It is good for a 3070 with a 3900x.

Heaven runs on one CPU thread so cores don't count.

 

To get the CPU less involved with the score use 1440p.

I agree,  am running a test with "basic preset" right now which defaults to 720p, but whatever,  that's how it's designed to run and still good for a comparison this way.

Woops, I take it back,  core 1 is pretty much at 95-100% all the time at 720p (3600)

Right, i tried to replicate whatever settings op used and got ~4000 score so seems about right. 

 

So here's the score. 

Preset Basic 

R5 3600 

RTX 3070

 

 

 

PS: ugh, I forgot I have a pretty hefty custom high quality setting in NVCP... so it'll be a bit lower than it should...

 

Also Resizable Bar: No (not sure if that matters thou)

The bench seems to like frequency over IPC since my i9 10900k wins in Heaven over my 5800x but not in most games at 1080p. 

 

5800x stock score with an EVGA  FTW3 Ultra 2080 ti. 

 

Stock i9 10900k with a FTW3 ultra 2080 ti.
