new pc for light gaming CAD work and photo editing

Budget (including currency): 2000$ (6500ils) flexible. 

Country: Israel 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games like pubg, civ IV, and minecraft, CAD softwares like solidworks and photo editing lighteroom, photoshop

Other details I have a Lenovo L28U-30 4k display 75hz that supports free sync (but playing at 4k isn't a necessity if it's too expensive) and I have a logitech mx master mouse, so I need a keyboard. 

I thought about buying a computer without a graphics card until the prices go back to normal or maybe just wait all together.

Wait for prices and availability to improve.
