DO you want prebuilt or diy?

You really wont need too much here, id probalby go asrock rack x570 with a 3600 here, 32/64gb of ram, a few hdds for boot. Id use proxmox as the hypervisor here.

How much storage do you need?

Preferably Full tower but a rack wouldn't be too much of an issue.

And not deafeningly loud 😆 ( I know that's asking alot)

Prebuild or diy I'm not really fussed 🙂

Storage just needs to be enough for a few VMs. Have a NAS for files so its just for the host system files. thinking around 1TB?

Id just get a 1tb ssd then. Shouldbe more than plenty for 3 vms. Windows uses 32-64gb alone, and that should leave plenty of space for os images and website files.
