New pc, screen goes black and theres a wicked fan noise

Hi folks, bought a new pc from overclockers and all was well for a month but now for seemingly unknown reasons the thing randomly stops posting (connected via hdmi) and makes a noise like the fans are on 10000%. Proper grinding fan spin. Not sure why it does this at all and need help from those who know about this stuff.

 

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Is it still under warranty?

If it is, let Overclockers handle it.
