HELP... PC restarts whenever i try to shut it down.

So my PC is having trouble turning off. Everytime i select shutdown, it turns back on. i have no idea what is causing the problem. checked the power options and few more online troubleshoot methods but none of it worked. some help would be great.

check your connections on your motherboard, especially the case cables
