FSP Hydro G PRO with modified fan RPM?

In an interview with my local community and FSP, FSP revealed that it has modified the Fan RPM of the Hydro G PRO, and in the reviews this seems to be true.

The interview took place in late February of last year and a new review was released around June, and sales resumed around this time. Also, my local FSP distributor replaced units that were sold in the past with new units for free.

 

What about other regions? Have you ever retested a new review?

Did FSP change the fan? That's half the rpm under heavy loads... Am I seeing correctly that after 60%, the curve is the same with fanless and in eco-off mode?

For my local community, there were few complaints about fan noise, but complaints from the coil whine are a bit frequent.
