Guys... I need help.

So about 6 months ago, I decided that I wanted to build a gaming pc. When I started checking prices, I was blown away. My brother built a PC for about a thousand dollars a few months before this, and now his GPU alone is worth that. I knew that I would be able to purchase it immediately, as I don't have a job and am under 16. I figured out that it would be smart to save up and build it piece by piece, using integrated graphics, and waiting for GPU prices to go back to normal. 6 months later, I have had everything assembled plus a crappy desk and monitor (with new ones being saved up for alongside the GPU). I have been babysitting and tutoring and have worked up an income of about 45 dollars a week. However, I still need that new desk and monitor along with the GPU, but obviously the GPU comes first. On top of that I also need to upgrade my headset and motherboard (I was able to get a b365m pro4 for $5). I am quickly realizing that by the time I have enough money for my upgraded specs, the upgraded versions will already be outdated. And then, last night, I was watching LTT reviewing PCs, and the two that did not have graphics cards he said for them to reach out to him and he would hook them up with something. I am not one of these two people, but Mr. Sebastian, PLEASE, I am begging you, help me. I also included pictures of my PC so that you can tell I am not some random guy who is trying to cheat his way into a graphics card, my PCIe slots aren't even taken out yet. Also, anyone that is not LTT, can you help me reach the top of the graphics card channel so that it can reach him?
