CPU help???

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I just finished my build and I've seen where a CPU fluctuates lower than the base speed. But mine has been running higher than normal. First, my specs are Ryzen 7 3700x (3.60ghz), MSI gaming Edge wifi x570 with 16GB g.skillz 3600mhz. I'm not doing any overclocking and don't plan on it. At idle and under gaming loads my CPU GHZ ranges from 3.60GHZ to a high of 4.30GHZ and will fluctuate back and forth. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Looks pretty normal. It's just going up to it's boost clock (4.3-4.4ghz) and back down to base sometimes. Shouldn't be concerning.
