This might be a dumb question but.. does any one know where i can buy logitech m325c receiver housing as well as a clear casing for the motherboard also some leds?

Not sure I quite understand the question here.

You want a receiver "housing" ?
Housing usually refer to the casing around a device.

In this case, the receiver is this thing:

You're asking for where to find the black casing, without the components, of the receiver here ? That doesn't exist. Make it yourself by buying a 3D printer I suppose.

 

And you want a clear casing... for your motherboard?

I'm assuming you're thinking about a computer case here and not literally a casing for just the motherboard... right?

If so, look up the case LTT used in their Aliexpress PC.

 

 

As for LEDs... You can literally find those anywhere. Not sure where you've looked.

 

 

 

OR, if by "motherboard", you were talking about the PCB in the mouse... It does not exist. No one will develop a shell for a $20 mouse that doesn't have some sort of cult following. Get yourself a 3D printer and starting playing around with it.

If you want a transparent mouse with LEDs in it, just get yourself something like this instead of taking an existing product and trying to make it transparent :
