Which switch should I go for? Mainly for gaming. Preferably less noise and durable.

Personal preference.

No one can tell you which switch is best for you. No one. Research also doesn't help.

If you want to guarantee you'll like them, buy a switch tester with 25+ different switches.

Honestly all 3 is trailing in durability, but for noise factor i would go for Gateron Red. Linearity is an easy way to gain quietness on mechanical keyboard, as tactiles usually relies on hitting the plastic bottom in the switch which makes a lot of noise (i dont get why thats a bad thing, i like blue chatters for typing). But @dizmois giving the right point, try them all on the spot. Its like monitors and headphones, its massively subjective.

Every switch does this tbh.

The real way to have silent switches is to buy those that comes with rubber dampeners where the stem hits the bottom housing.
That way, you can have silent keebs like this one:

Everything about keyboard is personal preference, however personally I love (and use daily) Gateron Reds and absolutely despise MX browns

But in general its up to you. I would recommend a hot swappable board so you can always change if you arent satisfied with your switch

I concur with the hotswappable board ... gmmk is nice for that ... as for the switches I tried several time to like the cherry browns but they are probably the worst switches I ever tried ... I think the outemu blue are better even with their annoying spring ping and rattly click jacket ...

 

if you want silent switches you should try one with dampers inside ... kailh silent box pink and kailh silent box brown are quite good ...

Personally I'd go with the reds.

They're smooth and linear.

By the way if you're expecting tactility out of MX browns look elsewhere as theyre more like scratchy reds IMO

Personally I would go for the Gateron Reds because its so much quieter and Mx browns are just so noisy and scratchy when you click them. ( My personal preference tho )
