Different gtx 770's advice.

I personally love the windforce cooler, and I do believe they are clocked the highest. As for smallest, I think the ACX ones are as they use stock pcb's.

I can list some of the more common/popular brands that make 770s though:

EVGA makes pretty good stuff, so anything from them.

The ASUS DCU II series is pretty baller.

MSi makes good stuff.

Gigabyte has a beastly cooler from what I hear.

Palit? IDK much about them.

 

I would go through more but I'm on a school chromebook at the moment. *shudder*

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

When I was looking at them I found the MSI twinfrozr one to be smallest at 260mm, and it's also one of the best.

I've also heard that the Palit (super) jetstream was a surprise contender when it came to their gtx 780.

+ all the other choices

The touchpads on these chromebooks are abysmal, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

Msi lightning.

No 770 is better than the lighting in terms of performance, overclocking is amazing on that one!

as far as cooling and ocing potential, MSI, Gigabyte and Asus make the best cards, as for the size, EVGA ACX would be the smallest i believe.
