Holding the battery charging limit to 60%

i have set the charging limit to 60 % but sometimes every time boot up, it wont limit it so its like letting it charge until 100

any solutions to fix this issue?

what is atk and i didnt have any other drivers installed

I did have similar issue with my old laptop, which is Asus F560UD. But this occurs just for a few weeks and after that it would limit itself automatically. Now I have set that battery limit in my current GL531GU and my brother's FX505DU, it works flawlessly.
Btw, you did set the limit in MyAsus program just like in my pictures, right?
