Solved. The button wasnt on the I/O panel as shown  on their website, but inside on the right side of the motherboard.

Hey peeps

So i have just helped a friend build a new system.

MOBO: Aorus a520 elite rev 1.0

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: temporarily a Gigabyte GTX 970 g1 gaming for testing since i know it works

The system turns on, but im not getting it to post. My thinking is that  it might be the bios that is incompatible with the cpu and it needs and update. On Gigabytes website, it says that this mobo should have q-flash for bios flashback, but it doesnt, and i dont have a spare gen 2 ryzen available currently to boot off of to update the bios. '

Can anyone tell me why i dont have the q-flash button? Thanks
