You don't need that high of a wattage unless you are planning to SLI in the future. Other then that it looks ok.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

in that case, you dont need high end motherboards unless you plan insane oc's or you got extra money, you also dont need a lot of power to run a computer and ram speed has little to no importance :) these things allows one to save some money

If you won't overclock you can probably get a smaller and weaker cooler. :)
