Looking to replace old faulty power supply, any recommendations?

Planning to replace my old faulty Seasonic M12II 520w EVO with a newer one. And I found this Corsair CX650M as well as Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 v2. But I wonder which one should I pick. I chose 650w so incase I upgrade my CPU/GPU in the future I will have some extra wattage. Currently using the following specs:

• CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 (Stock)
• GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
• MOBO: Asrock AB350 Pro4
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB 3200mhz)
• STORAGE: 1 TB NVME / 240 GB M.2 SSD / 1 TB HDD

My max budget is $110 or ₱5,200. There's other PSU to choose from here, if you could recommend other from the available brands there. Thank you!

If you need 650w you want higher quality instead of mediocore CXM and MWE Gold V2. https://shopee.ph/MSI-MPG-A750GF-750Watts-80-Gold-Full-Modular-Power-Supply-Unit-i.89762129.8904100085 is a no brainer for a slightly higher price than a CX650M.
