Looks quite nice!

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.

if this is mostly a gaming build i would really really really reccomend to spend more on the gpu compared to what you are doing in contrast to the other parts, i would say back down on the processor, get 1 ssd, get a solid air cooler, get a smaller psu, now try to buy the most expensive gpu you possibly can with the money you saved.

a 760 paired with a 4770k makes absolutely no sense when talking about gaming, let's say you see a 3% increase  in performance with the processor but maybe 15-20% increase with a better gpu.

It is not entirely for gaming. I will be using it as a workstation too. I would love to get a higher end GPU but since it isnt entirely for gaming i dont think i will be doing that as of now. The reason I am building one is because i can upgrade it as long as the connections do not change. I need the 2 SSDs because i will be dual-booting. I understand that I could partition a single drive but i still find that i would like the 2 more. I wouldn't want to get rid of the water cooling because i plan on overclocking and I will need to keep heat down. And finally, I like to have extra voltage on my PSU for future upgrades

well sounds like you got your build planned out, while i would say it's a waste of money i do see why you would want to have 1 storage device for 1 os, for the sake of keping it seperate and clean, but your h80i will not exceed a high end air cooler in terms of thermal dissipation, it will however make more noise and be more prone to failure, if anything the h80i is likely to perform slightly worse, you would only see a improvement in going dual rad (h100i), liquid cooling is a gimmick, these aios will not compare to a custom loop, you can overclock just fine on air.

and just be aware that a fair number of people have had problems with the mounting to the h80i, it doesn't really work with every configuration, the water block might not make proper contact without abit of a macgyver solution.

oh and welcome to the forum :), good luck with your build.

760 isn't that bad.

yeah it isnt

if i was him and i wanted fast "Gaming" pc i would ignore the ssd , the cpu cooler  get a 650 watt PSU and go all out on the best GPU

if he didnt care about gaming that much i would understand buying a 760

it is a great card if your on a budget

you could wait for maxwell though

might get released in a few short months

Maybe go up to a 770, but looks good man, and welcome  :D

Well with those 2 I have in the list it will be about 600 just for those. Definitly the bulk of my expenses for this build

wait ur OP ?

something wrong with the forum

ur thumbnail pic was the default white on but ur new posts had ur black apple icon

i read ur later posts

ur current build is fine if gaming isnt a "big" importance

a 760 is still a good card

also will you raid 0 ur ssds and partition them ?

or completely separate?

I was originally going to get the h100i but my friend just built a simular computer and he said the h100i didnt fit in the case very well and he had to really work to get it situated
