Drive info tool

Is there a lightweight tool similar to HWinfo, Speccy, CPUID that is specific to storage drives? I'm looking for a tool that can return detailed system info about drives. I'd love to know things like DRAM size, firmware version, over-provision capacity, number of reads/writes performed, total power-on time, etc...

If anyone knows of such a tool, please let me know

Hmmm... I'm assuming that based on the images from their website that buffer size is their interpretation of DRAM cache?

buffer size is for hdds only. SSDs don't seem to report the size or presence of a dram cache on the drive.

Well that's just maddeningly unhelpful. (not you - the drive's not reporting).
