Good Budget All in one Streaming and Multimedia purpose PC Build

Budget (including currency):  Around $1000-$1500 ~ Rp15.000.000-20.000.000

Country: Indonesia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: For Youtube broadcast and multimedia use at the same time with only one PC for my church

I'm planning to build a PC for my church and this PC will be used mainly for Youtube broadcasting 1080p camera feed with OBS and Propresenter and also for multimedia like showing slide show, song lyrics and etc. at the same time.

I never build a PC before, and I wanna try to build one.

My list of choice right now is: Ryzen 5 3600, Asrock B550M Phantom Gaming 4, GTX 1660 or RTX 2060, 16GB - 3600 RAM, Coolermaster elite 600 80+ , 500GB SSD probably WD, and Seagate Barracuda 2TB. and I haven't decide what case to put on. Can anyone recommend pc list that is suitable for church purposes like this.

Any replies and help will be appreciated,

ngl this is pretty overkill for a streaming set up that will just replay multimedia.

You'd probably get away with just getting a 2700 with 8gbs of ram at 3000MHz and just a GTX1650. Those specs listed are enough to stream pretty modern games lol

ah okay its pretty overkill,

if you can make a bit more clear list on what I can buy
So pretty far:

Ryzen 7 2700 or did you meant Ryzen 5 2600?
I wanna stick with 16GB, because previously 8GB isn't enough for us

GTX 1650

We still have a PC with a specs like this:

Intel i7-870

GT 1030

8GB RAM

The PC literally drive me nuts because the processor is from 2009 and I don't even know why the guy who build it chooses this processor. I've ever tried using my GL552VX with 16GB RAM and works better. The PC couldn't even handle OBS correctly, as I tried using GL552VX, the usage of RAM is more than 8GB with OBS, Propresenter, Chrome tabs for Youtube Studio, and other stuff. The PC is often BSOD and laggy even when it uses SSD for the OS. (Please don't ask me to upgrade the RAM on the old PC 😆)

Honestly you don't even need a GPU encoder for 1080p, I do just fine with x264

This is the list. I'm assuming you're going to be using Tokopedia to buy the parts? (Yes, I'm Indonesian as well, I know) Here are some links to the products you'll need to build this. And don't worry, they're trusted sellers:

Processor: https://www.tokopedia.com/jayapc/processor-amd-ryzen-5-3600-3-6-4-2-ghz-socket-am4-tray-fan?whid=0

Motherboard: https://www.tokopedia.com/klikgalaxy/asrock-b550-pro4-amd-am4-b550-ddr4-motherboard-amd?whid=0

Memory (sadly no Crucial Ballistix is in Indonesia 😞, so Trident Z Neo): https://www.tokopedia.com/balicomp/memory-pc-ddr4-16gb-kit-3600mhz-trident-z-neo-g-skill?whid=0

Storage: https://www.tokopedia.com/LezzCom/western-digital-wd-blue-sn550-1tb-nvme-pcie-gen-3-ssd?whid=0

GPU: https://www.tokopedia.com/tokouptodate/msi-geforce-gtx-1660-super-6gb-ddr6-gaming-x?whid=0

Case: https://www.tokopedia.com/enterkomputer/casing-metallicgear-neo-air-black-by-phanteks?whid=0

Power Supply: https://www.tokopedia.com/wincomputer/seasonic-focus-plus-gold-fx-550-550-w-full-modular-80-gold?whid=0

NOTE: Prices were adjusted to the Tokopedia link prices.

woah thanks mate for your time, is this build pretty overkill or is it enough considering the price?
I will check the price in Tokopedia, but for the Ryzen 5 I'll go with Enterkomputer to check the price, I may not buy the parts online, but I'll use this list as a price standard so I can estimate the price. But thank you for the links, so much appreciated.

After summing up all the part list, turns out that the price is around Rp17.000.000 or $1200

Several people told me here before you that this parts are quite overkill, but do swapping 1660 with 1650 worth saving?

In my opinion, not at all. I think it's perfect.

I tried looking at a 1650 Super, but I saw that it's okay for 1080p.

So the 1660 Super will give you some headroom, and should last a while.

ah yeah, thankyou!
But,
Several days ago I tried to search for this kind of build but I came up with this:

Processor:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Rp2.900.000

GPU:
MSI Nvidia Geforce 2060 Ventus XS Rp5.550.000 or

MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660 VENTUS XS 6G OC Rp3.650.000

Motherboard:
ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 Rp1.900.000

RAM/Memory:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3600 Rp1.751.000

Storage:
SSD WD 500GB Rp970.000
+
Seagate Barracuda 2TB Rp870.000-955.000

Power supply
Cooler Master Elite 600 80+ (600watt) Rp687.000

The build will cost around Rp12.800.000 until Rp14.713.000 excluding the case

Is there any thing that I missed or wrong?

Okay, thanks!

Wanna ask a quick question, what's the difference between X570 and B550 mobo? if I upgrade it to Ryzen 7, which one should I get, 2700 or 3700? and what is the difference

It's not going to be used for gaming. It's for streaming church.
