Mining rig not working if i install more than 1 GPU

Hi so iv built a mining rig with a Celeron G5900 on a Asrock B460 Phantom Gaming 4. It works fine with GPU in it but as soon as I add 2 it starts to bug out like crazy, 50% of the time it won’t output a display on boot, 40% of the time the motherboard won’t boot into windows and just has the Asrock logo and the loading symbol which it infinitely spins, 10% of time i’ll get into windows and 1 of the GPU drivers won’t be installed and windows makes me restart the PC and it will do the infinite loading.

 

Iv tried manually installing the drivers and it makes me restart by the end of it and I get the boot issue. Iv tried Geforce experience and it doesn’t detect the 2nd GPU at all but windows see it.

 

Iv directly connected both GPUs to the motherboard and not used a riser and it does the same as before.

 

PSU is a 1000w corsair PSU which I have run 2 GPUs off before and the GPUs are a RTX 3080 and 3070.

 

Any help would be really appreciated
