PC restarting randomly, pls help ;(

My pc is restarting randomly, im getting the error AA idk if its even a error or its default, i heard about the psu could be the reason so my psu is the gigabyte gp-p850m, pls help this is frustrating.

 

edit: it restarts on idling and playing

 

PC Specs:

x570-E Gaming

Ryzen 7 5800x

G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16x2

Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10G

H100i Elite Capellix

GP-p850M

SSD Samsung Evo 970 Plus

HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB

AA for me means that everything is fine.

 

but your psu is very bad and probably wont handle the rtx 3080 high power spikes well, and that will make your pc to reset under high gpu load

Yeah, the Power Supply isn't great. I think should get a 1000W Seasonic PSU. Correct me if theres a better option.

Does it only reset in games or does it reset when on the desktop too?

which psu do you recommend me?

sometimes restarts on idle(maybe its not the psu)

Seasonic has bad and good psus so I would not go for Seasonic in general.

also 1000w is overkill. decent 850w will be more than fine
