hyperx ngenuity not detecting anything

so since January this **** software doesnt detect anything, got pulsefire fps pro and alloy fps rgb and neither of them get detected but they used to, was thinking resetting those devices would help but it didnt and now i lost all my keyboard rgb presets and cant set mouse dpi, hyperx support doesnt respond, has anyone experienced this here and if anyone knows the solution?

im using may 2021 version rn and its still broken :( i even reinstalled windows
