12/23/2020 or newer?  Can you make sure you have 1/15/2021 on there?

 

There should be "re-size BAR" in the BIOS. Is it enabled or disabled?

 

Yes, I have version 1003 of 2020/12/23. I'm gonna check if it's enabled or disabled. Do you advise to enable or not ?

 

However, I notice that I used 2 PCI-E cables with the bridge of one of them. I solved by plugging 3 PCI-E individual cables and I feel like the noise is missing, only coil whine 

I didn't have time to check longer but I'll do.

Also update to the 1/15/2021 BIOS for improved re-size bar performance.
