The GT 730 is not supported anymore.

That's good,you don't want it to use the whole VRAM (it will cause lags).

 

Also the GT 730 is one of the worst GPUs ever made,why did you buy it? and in what price?

it was only 100 dollars. I did not know any of this.

Overpriced,you could have bought a used R9 380 in that price,which is significantly more powerful.

Well,i checked again and the card is supported - my bad.

Anyway return to the seller and say it's faulty.
