Which is more preferable than other and why. 

Cooling performance roughly the same.

ek-aio has a quieter pump.

GN have reviewed both of them and said that lian li have pump wine because I got the sample early. Probably won't happen from other samples.

The Galahad will perform better overall, noise-normalized the Ek would win iirc, I'd recommend the ek. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
