Part of life is learning how to cross bridges when you come to them and not stressing over “possibilities”. You can do a lot of harm if you don’t learn to  rationalise and put aside unfounded fears.

 

I am very prone to panic attacks and I have learnt how to work through them, it is a skill you have to learn but it can reduce your stress greatly.

make a backup just to be safe. i have had occasions where windows says a drive format is necessary
