Can't add more RAM to my Minecraft server.

ESG Flame

I was wanting to add more RAM to my Minecraft server since It is a mod server and there are a lot of mods right now. I tried just making the number higher but it said the maximum heap size wasn't enough or something like that. I looked up how to fix it, and it said to download latest version of java from Oracles website and not Javas website. I did that, started my server with Xmx-4096M and Xms-4096M. It gave me the error in the picture. This is the current script I have to start it. I also changed back to normal Xmx-1024 Xms-1024, which is what I had to start, and its not even starting with that. Can someone please help?

After downloading the 64-bit Java off of the oracle website, it started doing this.
