Need help installing a custom ROM

I want to install a custom rom on my galaxy S8(exynos). It is running android 9 one UI 1.0. Im hoping i can find a ROM for ONE UI 3.0 or 2.0 or anything closed to stock samsung UI. But, i am new to all this and im hoping that i could find some help.

Use this manual, it does the job.

Use Odin for your Samsung phone.
