When are price’s going back to normal,( Cpu,gpu,vr,etc)

Expect prices to remain high, but decrease somewhat from where they are now.  They may not be as high as they are now in the future, but the prices of old are definitely not coming back around for a few years.  I'd suspect you may get some respite sometime between late 2022 and mid 2023.  Supply will fluctuate.

If you're in Europe probably never,  hasn't been the case for a very long time , you'd need to really luck out to find a GPU at MSRP,  other components shouldn't be much of an issue though,  especially CPUs.

Well, desktop gaming is over, we had a good run boys.

 

Unless things change, this might be the last straw to it. Most of people on Steam is playing stuff that doesn't need new hardware or more than an entry level gaming notebook. Series X and PS5 will come down in price and we're never gonna have decent budget builds again until the next gen.
