Where do you want to extend the c drive to? You don't want to extent it to your second drive, and 100m isn't worth the hassle

For the top drive, right click convert to basic disk.

1: dont bother extending your C drive, it's only 100MB, and that gap likely was created by some formatting derp by the windows installer. there's not much to be gained, and moving the front of a partition is generally a bad idea.

2: that disk 2 is an annoying side effect by how card readers (presumably, that's a card reader) work. it sort of works like a DVD drive: it tells the pc that a device exists, but there is nothing in the device to write to / read from.

You can only expand partitions into unallocated space directly to the right of the partition. You can move the unallocated space to the right with various tools, but for the hassle and certain amount of risk that comes with rearranging partitions, it's not worth it for 100MB.

For the other partition, you'd need to convert it to a basic disk.
