Help Omen 1440p 240hz monitor flickering.

I got this new monitor today and I’ve noticed this flickering constantly during games and just idle in background. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Happens in beginning and end of video

do you have gsync on?

if yes, try turning it off

if no, try checking if it's off on the monitor's OSD

Adaptive sync is on the monitor settings. But g sync is off!

Okay I shut it off and switched out the display port too. Seems to be better now!

if you have adaptive sync on on the monitor, try turning on g-sync too, if it's compatible with g-sync (should be)

but it may cause issues, that's why i asked

 

if you dont want g-sync, turn it off on the display too
