AF120 Corsair fans rapidly blinking/flashing

ClippTube

Installed 4 AF120 fans using splitters directly into the motherboard today, and once powered the pc on, the fans just keep rapidly blinking, any ideas how to stop them from blinking?

Go into corsair icue and change it in there, i'm guessing this is just what they do when powered on for the first time

I mean I didn't connect them to the fan control hub as had no space, just plugged it directly into the pc fan slot on the motherboard, I ran rainbow six siege and they stopped blinking for some reason
