Is there any SSD with MLC using PCIe 4.0?

Current setup:

Not in the consumer space?

 

Why do you want mlc though? There are tlc ssds that are plenty fast with very high endurance, so I don't see a reason to get MLC ssds these days.

SSDs are good enough these days that TLC (3 bit MLC) is perfectly reliable for a datacenter.

If you want good sustained speeds just find a drive with a large SLC cache.

If you want good reliability buy from a well known brand, like samsung.
