Windows desktop folder being under OneDrive, instead of my user folder

My desktop folder is under C:/Users/(username)/OneDrive/Destop, instead of C:/Users/(username)/Desktop. I have a onedrive backup for my desktop folder, but other folders which I have a onedrive backup don't have the folder moved to onedrive, such as downloads or documents.

edit: the picture is showing my users folder, and downloads isn't there. Appdata shows up without hidden files is because I unhid it because I access the .minecraft file a lot.
