Crashing, Kernel Panicking, and much more - MacBook Pro 2020 Intel

Hello All,

I currently use a 2020 MacBook Pro. (See specs at the bottom). Every day, I am experiencing kernel panics, application crashing, I just experienced a weird graphics issue after turning my Mac on, and many other things.

I am really worried about my laptop, as I am not sure what is wrong with it. I am completely new to macOS. My Mac just froze, and I had to turn it off. turning it back on, it booted into Big Sur, but all I could see was the wallpaper very glitched and artifacted, with no way to sign in. I shut it off and on again, and it booted to recovery, And then said, 'Activation', And told me that my Mac is already activated.

Can someone please help me as I am really worried about my Mac, as there Is no way I could ever afford a new one.

Specs: MacBook Pro (13 inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

Processor: 2ghz Quad Core Intel i5,

Memory: 16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

If it's fairly new and its kernel panicking there's a couple things you can check. Have you run just basic diagnostics on it? (press and hold d right after you hit the power button). This doesn't usually tell much, but with kernel panicks on a  new mac, i would want to check.

You can also run First Aid in disk utility (either in OS, or in recovery, though I recommend from recovery).

In console you can also see any kernel panic logs, which may be helpful as well. Especially if it's panicking while in the middle of use.
