tablet not recognized by my pc

Hello, I tried to plug my samsung running android 4.4.4 tablet to connect it to my pc but i don't see it

in device manager. I tried changing USB cable no luck. 

Also tried installing samsung drivers

but no luck. I really need to copy some files..

Have you tried different USB ports?

@1ppOverheat Yes.

Normally In device manager

when you connect and disconnect you see device manager flash,

but when i replug the usb cable.

I see nothing.

Oh okay.. are you connecting it to the front panel only? or the motherboard only? or have you tried both?

legacy hardware and now i can see it in device manager,

and now i get this:

tried front and back.

the device cannot start error means the device is not available right?

Change the settings on your tablet to allow data transfer via USB.
