Hello!
I don't know if that's the place to post a thread for such a thing, but I am kinda afraid.
So I received this letter 10 days ago.
It's most likely fake, except the fact it's actually showing my real password (covered in black).
What do you say? I have 2FA on almost everywhere. Should I be worried?

It's from a password leak on some website. Change your passwords wherever you still use that one but beyond that it's an attempt to extort money, delete it and forget it.

As @Lurick mentioned, your password was probably leaked somewhere and someone is trying to use the leak to make money off of you. They most likely only have your email address and leaked password. I'd recommend using a password manager in the future. That way, each password is unique to each website/service you use and as a result, if you were to receive an email like this again you'd know exactly which service was breached simply based on the password.
