TUF Z390-Plus Gaming not displaying to monitor... NEW BUILD

I bought the motherboard listed above and when I boot it up nothing displays onto my monitor. Everything else lights up. I've tried switching the monitors, but no luck. No signal is transferring to any display... Any suggestions?

Do you have a full list of specifications???

 

Also, if you have a F-SKU processor and no graphics card installed, i.e. a i7-9700KF, you will not have any video whatsoever as F-SKU processors do not have a iGPU.
