Apps on windows shutting down straight away

When i launch an app like cinebench or lively wallpaper. i get a few seconds of activity, one second of frozen and then shuts down. Apps like google chrome and file explorer still work. what do i do?

Sound like a thermal shutdown, check your fans are working and eventually reapply the CPU thermal compound; may also happen if you have a very low wattage PSU and you're asking to much from him, but the fact that happens with Cinebench (so CPU load, not GPU) make me think about heatsink... Ryzen 5x00?

Is this happening with only apps you get from MS Store App? Since you are saying that Chrome is fine, and you probably have used installer to install it. What AV you have? Also is your Windows updated to latest versions and apps you are trying to open have also latest versions?
