Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Step 1: go to profile page

Step 2: scroll to long reply

Step 3: click expand

Step 4: Try to edit it

 

What happened?

No scrollbar to scroll down the post

 

What did you expect to happen?

for there to be a scroll bar and be able to scoll down

don't some things look better when they are lowercase?
