Oh found it,, for others wondering, settings --> sharing and broadcasting --> audio sharing settings -->  include microphone audio in video clips

So I just completed 13 today, and I'm finally free from age restrictions. So I wanted to have a youtube chanell and post ps4 content, until I can save up for a pc. Can I record my gameplay with voiceover on the ps4 and download it on youtube from the ps4. I'm incredbly new to the content creation on ps4 so any help is appreciated
