Frame Rate Drop From 90 to 25 randomly like 10 mins after joining world with client side mods and shaders

Im not sure if this is where is post this but recently my asus zephyrus g14 ga401u-ha032t (1660 ti max q ryzen 7 4800hs) has been dropping from around 100 fps to 25fps after a while. my minecraft instalation has these mods (+OptiFine_1.16.5_HD_U_G6 and replaymod-1.16.4-2.5.1) Its strange and only has been happening for a week. uive tried reinmstalling drivers ive tried restarting (obv) ive tried reinstalling windows. i dont know where to go from here has anyone had similar issues?

i should also say that gpu usage starts at around 50 percent for a few minutes then jumps to 100%

Hey, I've removed mods and shader pack. Those are really not needed as files, if you need to specify, please link to download page. This is both for security (forum doesn't check files for viruses) and general convenience. Left logs and settings since those are essentially just text files.
