Msi 5700 8GB only gets like 80 fps

I have a ryzen 5 3600 and a 5700 8GB should I flash a xt bios on it and if so how ? Or should I work with the overclock settings in Radeon but I don’t wanna f anything up in there either I can’t afford just another gpu if som go bad 😕

Csgo on high settings with shadows n blur off I turned free sync off I’d end up only getting like 60 hz sometimes 90 hz when I had it on And like 60-70 fps so that fixed it to an extent now I get like 80-90 fps and I keep 140 hz but I feel like I could get a lil more still I just don’t know how

Are the AMD graphics drivers installed? 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
