Do i need a high end cooler?

For my upcoming pc build ill be building a ryzen 5 5600 X in it (maybe an 7 5800x) and im thinking of getting an dark rock pro 4 wich cost me 80 euros.

altho i wont be overclocking and i will be gaming & doing photoshop and other adobe programs i dont think i really need the dark rock pro 4

for 5600x you wotn need that cooler. artiz freezer 34 esports will do just fine.

 

for 5800x dark rock pro 4 is recommended. that chip runs hot since it has only 1 CCX which is better than in the 5600x

I've used an nhu14s and even that more than enough imo. CPU temperature hasn't exceeded 60°C except in a few situations such as encoding audio during gaming. Average temperatures are around the mid-high 40°Cs to low 50°Cs

will the scythe mugen pchg edition do fine aswell on the ryzen 7?

Spend more on the cooler so that you won't have to be worried about the thermal as much. 

I was thinking of buying scythe fuma 2 for 5800x but a guy told me that good cooling always worth it. Then I get nh d15 chromax black.
