games at low frames and low gpu and cpu usage

i noticed it in assassins' creed odyssey, i have a ryzen 5 2600 and a gtx 1660. online it says i should be getting 60-70 fps on medium but i get 30-45 with all settings on low and my usages are low

what psu do you have? if its old it can start to get less efficent and lose power which can result in low usage

ok if your friend got another one or something like that test it to see if that works better or buy a device that can mesure the output and if it is underperformin complian to the sellers and get your money back

you need to buy it sadly but maybe go back to the store and they can test it for you but you can also download msi afterburner where you can check
