games at low frames and low gpu and cpu usage

when i play some games all my usage is low and i get bad frames. is there a reason like a bottleneck or something else?

What game, what CPU and GPU you have?

i noticed it in assasins creed odyessy, i have a ryzen 5 2600 and a gtx 1660. online it says i should be getting 60-70 fps on medium but i get 30-45 with all settings on low and my usages are low

gpu was about 70 and cpu was 65

what psu do you have? if its old it can start to get less efficent and lose power which can result in low usage

550w seasonic, it was new when i got it last year

And when it started happening did you change something, or something happened or just out of the blue?

you need to buy it sadly but maybe go back to the store and they can test it for you but you can also download msi afterburner where you can check
