like high high temps

im using a ryzen 7 3700x around 3 months ago i was checking my temps etc and was reaching around 70-80 under heavy load. - this being on 4.4ghz. But now im running 4.05ghz and my idle temps are around 50-60 and when i cinebenched it earlier i reached 94 and stopped it. Does anyone know what i can do

clean the fans, maybe re-apply thermal paste

ill try cleaning the fans. I already re applied the paste earlier and seen no change.

Double-check that the cooler was re-mounted correctly. If it's not fully seated that would explain the higher temps.
