Notifications don't save in action center

Ok so my notifications from discord dont save in the windows 10 action center, They pop up when i get a notification but dont save when i go to the action center, I have the priority setting to be "top" priority.

Did you click on them or close then when they show up?

no i dont click them or close them i just let the notification disappear after a few seconds then i check the action center and nothings there.

Im having the exact same issue, im surprised this doesn't get that much attention

Next time you get a discord notification, hover over it and click the little settings gear icon. 

Go to Notification settings and make sure the below options are set:
