ShayOh

Budget (including currency): $100

Country: NC, USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: minecraft, MMO, ESPORTS

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Ryzen 5 1400, stock cooler, 8GB DDR4 2400, RX 560D, 1TB HDD

Hi guys so I got a good(i guess) deal from a local guy, Ryzen 5 1400 with stock cooler and 8 GB ram, and RX 560D, what i need now is motherboard case PSU and maybe SSD?

Is it possible to keep it all under $100? I don't want to go absolutely trash parts but probably not even mid range

Thanks

Tough one... Well if you're just going to have small games you probs won't need more than 250gb SSD or HDD. Don't go used on storage trust me it's not worth it. I would grab a 400w psu from a good company so it won't burn your house down and a rosewill case will do. I will attach a PCpartpicker in a min

EDIT

It looks like under 100$ is not possible I will still link in a parts list

The parts list has case PSU mobo and SSD or 177.00

Pretty much as low as it goes without having a fire hazard.

Without SSD its 150 w/o sales tax

I have that list here but a system without an ssd will be A less reliable and B less responsive.

Its up to you!

All that for $100? That's not happening. Around $160 is doable. This is a good board, so if you want to b put a 3600 in here eventually you can.

Get a $25 shipped Rosewill case from Newegg, they go on sale regularly.

Get a lower end PSU.  In this situation Id recommend Apevia Captain 550w, have one, its jank but its not the worst jank for under $30.

Get a $240gb SSD for $30 on sale regularly.

But still a no go on the mobo if you want it under 100.  I agree with some of the above - ASRock B450 is an amazing budget board - dont pay more than $65 for it, goes on sale regularly for that price.

There you go.  Dont have to go off prices TODAY.  When I do this stuff I wait till the right deal.
