HELP laptop purchase question!!

Just closed this and was wondering if I should still pick it up are these generally good later in life I hear good things about all dat airflow on the back but I don’t wanna waste my mooney !! 
 

what would be a fair price also are the issues stated very daunting ? (I just repasted my other rig but I didn’t wanna waste my time if there’s something I should worry about that makes it not worth while).
