External HDD doesn't appeat on PC

So i have Seagate 1TB external HDD and it doens't appear on my PC, the sound is playing when i connect it to the PC, i also want to mention that the drive appears on my laptop.

And have you assigned a drive letter? It will only show up in the Windows Explorer after you assigned a drive letter with disk management.

If its a brand now hdd you probably will need to Initialize it

yep i assigned it, but Now it decided to appear form thin air

Well thx for everyone helping me, appearently my HDD was a shy boy, it decided to finally show up
