Weird noise from pc

Hi guys, recently my pc has been making a weird noise around the cpu, ram, mobo area. The pc runs well at the moment but I was wondering whether I should be concerned

The noise is hard to describe its like a low pitch scratchy sound or a che,che, che sound

is it continuous? liek a high pitched whine? if so could be coil whine?

 

not much you can do if it is that

it starts and stops, my pc fans are loud so its probably louder than i think
